At the Financial Search Group, it is our responsibility to put forth our total effort with each assignment and in doing so, observing certain tenets during its course:

  • To serve clients and candidates faithfully and with professional responsibility.

  • To respect confidential information obtained from clients and candidates.

  • To provide clients with complete and accurate information on a candidate’s personal record, qualifications and experience.

  • To give candidates complete information on positions and terms of employment that accurately represent the description provided by the client.

  • To present only those candidates from whom permission has been granted.

  • To keep candidates and prospects informed of their status throughout the search process.

  • To only conduct candidate reference checks from whom permission has been received.

  • To extend professional service to all qualified candidates regardless of race, colour, creed, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, sex, physical handicap or martial status.
